what we expect from you
players
1:always put maximum effort into training and matches
2:ensure fair play at all times
3:respect the rights, worth and dignity of each and every person
4:do not argue with the referee or any other official
5:play because you enjoy it and not to please other people
6:always shake hands with the opposition after every game
7:listen to the manager during in a match he will tell you where he wants
    you to play not parents or spectators
8:never shout,argue or swear at your team mates or the opposition
9:only the team captain to speak to the referee
10:it is your responsibility to take care of your kit. the kit and boots
    should be clean at the before each match
11:all shirts to be tucked in at the start of each game
12:no arguing or bickering with each other any issues should be taken
    to you club captain who will deal with the problem and take it to
      the manager
13:keep smiling win lose or draw enjoyment is the most impotant thing
14:always let adi know if you arent coming to training or a match.adi,
      andy and james give up there own time to train you girls,they
      need to know how many will be at training so they know what  
      exercises to set for that session
15:if you leave the team for any reason all kits and equipment must    
      be returned to the manager asap
16:shin pads must be worn at all times during training and matches
17:no chewing gum whilst at training or matches
18:jewellery must be removed before training and matches
19:no metal or hard plastic headbands, slides or grips to be
      worn whilst playing or training
20:please wear studs as we dont encourage blades
21:if you ignore points 16 to 20 you will not be permitted to join in training or a match
parents
1:praise positive aspects of play and avoid focusing on players failings
2:emphasise the importance of trying to win rather than winning itself,
  enjoyment is the main thing and praise should be given on performance
    rather than results
3:you should not try to coach from the sidelines, this confuses the girls.
    leave it to the managers and coach
4:you must promote fair play at all times
5:you must not shout at or abuse the the referee or any other officials
  the referees decision is final.also you must not shout at the girls
6:all kits and equipment remain the property of dodworth miners welfare
  junior football club
7:you must make sure your childs kit is clean and free from damage
    before every match
8:you must agree that if any piece of kit or equipment is lost or damaged
  you will replace it
9:if youre child leaves the team you must ensure all kit and equipment
  are returned to the manager in good order or you will receive a bill to  
    pay for whatever is missing
10:always applaud good play from the opposition as well as our own team
    they are only children and will learn good sportsmanship from their  
      parents
11:always treat everyone as equals
12:never shout or swear on the sidelines
13:try to support your child as much as possible by coming to training ,
    matches and social events
14:be prepared to take a turn running the stall on match days
15:keep your opinions from the children.if you dont agree with something
    have a quiet word with the manager or parent rep who can sort
    things out. any complaints that you dont think can be dealt with by
    the manager should be referred to the club secretary in writing
16:please please please inform the manager if your child will not be at training.if he didnt let you know things you wouldnt appreciate it and it is the same the other way.ada,andy and james give up their own free time to coach your kids and they shouldnt have to guess who is coming to training
17:we would urge you to tell the girls about the dangers of not wearing shin pads, wearing jewellery, chewing gum and wearing   any form of metal or hard plastic hair accessories.
18:if any parent is 4 weeks behind with their subs their daughter wont be allowed to play until everything is up to date(club policy)
